  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available in select cities).
  • Orders placed before 3 PM (KSA time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery times may be impacted by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: Free.
  • Promotional offers on free shipping will be updated regularly on our website.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We Offer COD on all orders.
  • Ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery as couriers may not carry change.
